Delete Account

You can delete your Link2Wink account at any time directly within the app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Link2Wink app.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Under Account → Account Settings, select "Delete Account".

4. Confirm the deletion.

What happens after deletion?

After deletion, your user account will be deactivated. Personal data will then be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable legal requirements, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests prevent this.

Technical backup copies will be automatically overwritten as part of regular backup cycles.

Important note regarding subscriptions

Deleting your user account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription.

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
